As you know, currently the Iranian payment card network is not connected to international payment networks (such as Visa, Master and ...) and it is not possible for foreign tourists to use foreign credit and cash cards on POS and ATMs located in Iran. As a result, tourists should always have large amounts of foreign currency with themselves and face the problems of exchanging and cash payments on unscheduled purchases and so on. Therefore, the "Tourist Card System" or “Touca” aims to promote and facilitate payment in the tourism industry by using modern banking payment instruments.
1. It is possible to use a tourist card at all domestic POS terminals
2. Possibility to use tourist card in all ATMs of Iran
3. Possibility of transferring money between cash cards (card to card)
4. The validity period of the cards is 3 years from the date of issue for use in future tourists trips
5. Ability to recharge the card and increase its inventory
6. Possibility to provide billing and maintenance from different ports and htrough sending email
7. Possibility to send a notification of card transactions via email to the applicant
8. Ability to cancel the card before expiration date and return it
9. Observe the legal requirements of the Central Bank of Iran and comply with the rules of money laundering
10. Possibility to disable the card from the www.mytouca.com and announce the result and inform the applicant via email.
